I could tell that she actually cared about me and my overall health. She explained everything during the appointment and clearly communicated the next steps. Everyone I came in contact with was wonderful and I was super comfortable throughout the entire visit. I even had a last minute change in plans and they completely worked with me and got me out of the appointment record time (per my request), without decreasing the quality of the visit AT ALL. We just welcomed our first child in October and I'm so grateful we found Cherry Hills Midwifery! When initially looking for a practice I called around and asked lots of questions, the staff at Cherry Hills were the nicest and most helpful. This experience extended to all of our appointments with them and our delivery experience. The front desk staff is amazing as well as the nurses, Dr. Ross, and medical assistants. The midwives are also all amazing, especially Diana. She always made us feel welcomed, understood, cared for, and ultimately ensured I was able to have the birth experience I had been envisioning. I never once felt overlooked or like my concerns weren't taken seriously. I also had to see some specialists and the staff at Cherry Hills was phenomenal at ensuring all my updates and info was recorded and taken into account. I am so thankful we decided to go to this practice and look forward to seeing them all again when needed and in a few years if we decide to have another child. The NP, Mindy, was so empathetic, kind, and patient with all my questions and wasn’t at all dismissive. She listened to my concerns and worries, and was able to provide relief and support.
